Non-Refundable Situations

- Orders made by mistake, unless identified before shipment.
- Minor deviations in color or design, which do not affect product functionality.

How to Request a Refund
To request a refund for an item that meets the above conditions, please follow these steps:

2. Provide Proof: Attach photos or videos of the faulty or incorrect item to support your refund request.
3. Return the Item: If required, we may ask you to return the product to us. We will cover return shipping costs if the item is defective or incorrect.

Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect the returned item (if applicable), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

Legal Compliance
In compliance with Swiss law, we do not offer a general right of return or refund for items that are not defective or incorrect. Our policy is aligned with the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR Art. 197-210), which governs the sale of goods.
